ONU's Heldt Picks Up Women's CC Runner of the Week Honors For Second Time

CHICAGO --- Olivet Nazarene University's Heidi Heldt (Weldon, Ill.) claimed her second Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week award on Wednesday after the league office announced the senior as its recipient for the seven-day period ending Sept. 21.

Heldt used a first-place finish at ONU's own Midwest Classic on Friday to gain the recognition.  The senior posted a time of 22:43.9 on the 6K course to finish ahead of 87 other runners.

ONU, as a team, also won the meet amongst seven squads.
