ONU's Jones Garners Women's Golfer of the Week Honors

CHICAGO --- Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Golfer of the Week honors have been secured by Olivet Nazarene University's Mya Jones (Grand Rapids, Mich.) for the seven-day period ending Sept. 28, the league office announced on Wednesday.

Jones registered rounds of 80 and 81 for a 161 total at the Bethel University (Ind.) Battle at Blackthorn last Tuesday.  That placed her tied for 13th among 57 total golfers at the event.

As a team, Olivet Nazarene was third among 11 schools competing.
