SXU's Martinez Honored Again, ONU's Kang Hagman Claims First Men's Soccer Weekly Recognition
CHICAGO --- For the second week in a row, Saint Xavier University's Daniel Martinez (Cicero, Ill.) has been named the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week, while Olivet Nazarene University's Adrian Kang Hagman (Stockholm, Sweden) gained the recognition for the first time on the offensive side of the ball, the league office announced on Tuesday morning.
Martinez registered a pair of 2-1 victories in goal for the Cougars during the seven-day period ending Sept. 14. The senior stopped five shots in the decision over Hannibal-La Grange University (Mo.) last Tuesday before producing seven saves in the win against NCAA II Roosevelt University on Saturday.

The sophomore forward added his third goal on Friday in a 3-1 decision over Morningside College (Iowa).
Olivet Nazarene is now 4-1-1 on the season.
