First-Place Finish Nets Women's Golf Weekly Honors For JU's Burnett

CHICAGO --- Judson University's Isabell Burnett (Elgin, Ill.) used a first-place finish during the seven-day period between March 30 and April 5 to claim Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Golfer of the Week accolades for the second time this season, the league office announced on Thursday afternoon.

Burnett performed the feat at the Olivet Nazarene University Rumble at Rend Lake last Monday and Tuesday.  The junior registered back-to-back rounds of 82 to finish atop the 22-person leaderboard.

As a team, the Eagles finished second out of four clubs.
