Judson senior center Alicia Rovertoni (Columbia, IL) recorded two double-doubles last week to average 15 points and 13 rebounds per game. The double-doubles were her 27th and 28th of her career. For her efforts, Rovertoni has been named the CCAC Women's Basketball Division II Player of the Week for the week ending January 17.

Judson came up short against Purdue University-Calumet in the final minutes of the game (94-88), but it was not despite the play of Rovertoni. She had 20 points, 10 rebounds and three assists in the contest. She made 8-of-16 shots, including 3-of-6 from behind the arc.

The Eagles earned their first CCAC victory with a 59-56 road win against Calumet College. Rovertoni had another solid performance with 10 points, 16 rebounds, an assist and a steal. She made 4-of-10 shots from the field, including 2-of-2 from three-point land.

In addition to averaging a double-double in the two games combined, Rovertoni shot 46.2 percent from the field (12-26) and made 5-of-8 three-point field goals (62.5%). She has made more three-point field goals this season (20) then the three previous seasons combined (7).

Rovertoni leads the CCAC with her 9.6 rebounds per game average. She ranks eighth with her 11.5 points per game average.

Judson is 5-11 overall and 1-2 in the CCAC.
