CHICAGO --- Illinois Institute of Technology's Abby Jahn (Wasilla, Alaska) has claimed her second Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week award for 2012, it was announced on Tuesday morning by the league office.

Jahn, a sophomore, used another personal-best time to gain the distinction registering a time of 22:40 over the 6K course at St. James Farm (Warrenville, Ill.) in the Wheaton College Gil Dodd Invite.

Jahn's individual second-place performance helped lead the Scarlet Hawks to a second-place team finish placing ahead of both NCAA III Carthage College, Wis. (No. 8 in the Midwest Region) and North Central College (No. 9).

The only individual to finish ahead of Jahn was Rachael Williams, a NCAA 10K All-American from Illinois Wesleyan College.
