CHICAGO --- The third-highest finisher among small school runners and the 16th-best runner overall at the Illinois Intercollegiate Championships, Olivet Nazarene University's Kortney Ellingboe (Hamilton, Ill.) has been named the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week, it was announced on Tuesday.

Ellingboe, a senior, ran the 5K course in 18:03 to outdistance 219 other runners on the small-college level and 286 runners overall.

As a team, Olivet Nazarene University, which is ranked third in the nation, placed fifth overall at the meet.  The only teams to finish ahead of the Tigers were four NCAA I programs.  Two other Division I programs placed behind head coach Mike McDowell's club.
