CHICAGO, Ill. --- An all-tournament selection at the Grand View University (Iowa) Invitational over the weekend, Judson University senior outside hitter Carissa Oelke (Oregon, Ill.) added another award to her resumé  on Tuesday when she claimed Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Volleyball Player of the Week accolades for the week ending August 26.

Oelke averaged 4.62 kills and 5.15 digs per game in four contests during the week, where the Eagles went 3-1, including a three-set victory over Evangel University (Mo.), which was among others receiving votes in the NAIA Coaches' Poll.

Oelke posted 15 kills and only one error in 32 attempts in a three-set win over Benedictine College (Kan.) on Friday and followed that up with a 24-dig contest in a four-set victory over Waldorf College (Iowa) Saturday.

She also totaled four aces and five blocks (four assist blocks), while attacking at a .248 clip for the week.

Judson is 3-1 on the season.
