ONU's Denita Phelps
#11 Olivet Nazarene University's Denita Phelps helped her team clinch the 2011-12 CCAC regular season championship and has been voted the CCAC Women's Basketball (DI) Player of the Week. Phelps averaged a double-double on the week as Olivet Nazarene won their 15th straight game to improve to 25-3.

Playing in two key CCAC games, Phelps helped Olivet Nazarene to wins over #14 Saint Xavier University and Robert Morris University, who was receiving votes in the NAIA National Poll. In the win against Saint Xavier, 88-81, she posted 17 points and 16 rebounds shooting 70% from the floor. She followed that performance with 10 points and 17 rebounds in a five-point win over Robert Morris, 78-73. For the week she averaged 13.5 points and 16.5 rebounds shooting .435 from the floor.
